Samsung launches Galaxy A04, A04e in India priced from Rs 9,299, Telecom News.


NEW DELHI: Samsung has launched two new smartphones in India – the Galaxy A04 and the Galaxy A04e – starting from Rs 9,299.

The Galaxy A04e is priced at Rs 9,299 for the 3GB RAM+32GB storage variant, Rs 9,999 for the 3GB+64GB storage variant, and Rs 11,499 for the 4GB RAM+128GB storage variant.

The Galaxy A04, on the other hand, is priced Rs 11,999 for the 4GB+64GB storage variant and Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM+128GB storage variant.

The patents transferred from Samsung to Huawei cover telecommunications, charging, smartphone cameras, and display technologies.

The phones will go on sale on Samsung’s website, and select retail stores starting December 20. The latest Samsung Galaxy A-series smartphones come with a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD Infinity-V display and are powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, and users can also increase the RAM capacity with 4GB of virtual RAM.

The Galaxy A04 sports a 50MP dual rear camera, whereas the Galaxy A04e has a 13MP dual camera setup, and both cameras pack a 5MP front camera. The smartphones draw power from a 5000mAh battery which supports USB Type-C charging.

Both Samsung smartphones come with Android 13 OS with Samsung UI 4.1 on top of it. As for connectivity, the smartphones support dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4+5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and GLONASS.
